Amylu Foods is hiring a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Located at our Fulton Market office, this role will support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across retail media, shopper marketing, digital, ecommerce, and in-store channels.

Position Details

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally with retailers, agency partners, and internal teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, household penetration, conversion, and velocity.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with excellent project management skills and can turn performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

This role requires someone who is proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing to develop integrated marketing strategies tailored to retailer goals, shopper behavior, and business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, retailer data, and shopper insights to develop strategic recommendations and optimization plans.
  • Support annual planning and budget allocation processes through performance analysis, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and key learnings.
  • Translate data and insights into clear, concise recommendations tied to measurable business outcomes.

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Lead day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across retail media networks, shopper marketing, ecommerce, digital, and in-store channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals to ensure programs launch on time and align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agency partners to develop effective campaign assets and messaging.
  • Ensure marketing plans align with retailer requirements, brand standards, and shopper expectations.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure strong communication, executional excellence, and accountability.
  • Evaluate partner recommendations critically and provide thoughtful direction based on business priorities and performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, reporting, and optimization opportunities with agency and vendor partners.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs including ROI, ROAS, shopper engagement, conversion, sales lift, and retail velocity.
  • Build performance recaps and actionable post-campaign analyses that identify key learnings and future opportunities.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to support ongoing business evaluation and strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Insights, Creative, Social, and external retailer teams to support integrated go-to-market initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment with strong communication and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, shopper marketing, retail media, ecommerce, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing retail media networks, shopper marketing programs, digital campaigns, and/or omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and recommendations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to balance proven tactics with emerging marketing opportunities and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPG industry experience.

Compensation

$110,000 - $130,000
