Position Summary:
The Naturium Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations at our fast-growing company. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds scalable processes, and continually seeks opportunities to improve, automate, and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Operations team.
- Process incoming department packages, create shipping labels, and manage timely outbound shipments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operations trackers with cross-functional visibility.
- Own ERP item setup, including the creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and UPC codes.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, material preparation, and follow-up actions; provide occasional support on vendor calls.
- Maintain and perform routine audits of the Master Product Database to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate purchase orders and manage the full procurement cycle through billing completion.
- Manage WERCS registrations and support the collection of compliance documentation.
- Oversee item setup forms with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Coordinate sample requests with 3PL providers, track shipments through delivery, and proactively resolve transit issues.
- Support team members on special projects and help identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Independent, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and operate effectively within team environments.
- Minimal travel required.
- Advanced Excel skills required; NetSuite experience preferred.
- This role requires the ability to:
- Move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
- Operate a computer and standard office equipment regularly.
- Communicate clearly and exchange accurate information with others.
