About The Role
As the Director of Integrated Marketing at OneSkin, you will be the force shaping how the world understands our science, our mission, and our impact on longevity. You will lead the core function that unites Product Marketing, Science Communications, Social, Content, and PR, building the connective tissue that ensures OneSkin’s story shows up consistently, compellingly, and culturally across every touchpoint.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, science, and culture. You will architect full-funnel strategies that translate our breakthrough longevity science into resonant narratives, integrated campaigns, and high-performing GTM plans. You will bring rigor and imagination to how we launch products, tell stories, drive relevance, and scale content across channels.
This is a highly strategic, deeply cross-functional leadership role responsible for shaping OneSkin’s voice in the world, elevating our brand, expanding our cultural footprint, and fueling business growth through cohesive, insight-led, integrated marketing.
What You'll Do
Integrated Marketing Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end Integrated Marketing function, uniting Product Marketing, Science Communications, Social, Content, and PR into one cohesive storytelling engine.
- Own the full-funnel strategy for campaigns, product launches, brand moments, and evergreen content.
- Develop integrated briefs that connect consumer insight, scientific credibility, and brand narrative. ensuring every team is aligned to a single strategic spine.
- Drive cross-functional planning, ensuring Creative, Growth, Product, and R&D are aligned on priorities, messaging, timelines, and resourcing.
- Build frameworks and processes that ensure consistent narrative delivery across channels.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Marketing
- Lead the GTM strategy for all product and innovation launches, working closely with our Director of Product Marketing on positioning to messaging to channel rollout.
- Translate science and R&D insights into compelling product narratives that differentiate OneSkin and educate consumers.
- Partner with Growth and Creative to build omnichannel launch plans that balance storytelling, performance, and brand-building.
- Own competitive insights, category trends, consumer research, and product-level strategy to inform pipeline and marketing decisions.
Content, Social & PR Integration
- Lead the development of integrated content strategies that ladder into brand priorities and campaigns.
- Oversee Social and Content to ensure always-on storytelling reflects our strategic narratives and real-time cultural opportunities.
- Partner with PR to shape comms strategy, media narratives, and spokespeople alignment.
- Build a unified editorial calendar that aligns product, campaigns, cultural moments, and science.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with the CMO on annual planning, brand strategy, and organizational design.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across Product Marketing, Science Comms, Social, and Content—creating clarity, autonomy, and accountability.

What You Bring
- 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or comms—ideally within beauty, wellness, or a science-driven category.
- Proven track record building full-funnel integrated campaigns and launching products end-to-end.
- Deep experience translating scientific or technical subject matter into compelling consumer storytelling.
- Expertise in uniting cross-functional teams and building integrated planning processes.
- Strong understanding of social, content, PR, influencer, and digital channels and how they work together to drive brand and business outcomes.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams across diverse marketing disciplines.
- Exceptional communication and narrative skills; you can simplify complexity, craft a point of view, and inspire others.
- A passion for longevity science, skincare innovation, and building brands that make people live and feel better.

Compensation Range: $170,000–$200,000
Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
