About The Role

Location: Remote — CA or NY-Based Preferred

As a Copywriter at OneSkin, you’ll play a central role in shaping how the brand shows up in the world. You’ll be responsible for translating cutting-edge longevity science into clear, compelling, and emotionally resonant storytelling—helping consumers understand not just what OneSkin does, but why it matters. This role sits on the creative team and works cross-functionally with design, growth, product, and science to bring OneSkin’s mission to life across every touchpoint. From high-level brand narratives to performance-driven copy, you’ll help ensure that every word reflects OneSkin’s credibility, innovation, and vision.

Who You Are

• A strategic, concept-driven copywriter who knows how to translate complex science into clear, compelling, human stories
• Equally comfortable writing emotionally resonant brand narratives and performance-oriented copy
• Curious by nature—you ask why, love learning, and are genuinely interested in longevity and healthspan
• Detail-oriented with a strong editorial eye, but able to zoom out and think holistically about brand voice and messaging
• Collaborative, and energized by working closely with designers, scientists, marketers, and leadership
• Passionate about building brands with purpose, credibility, and cultural relevance

What You'll Do

• Write and evolve OneSkin’s brand voice across channels, including web, email, paid media, social, packaging, and product launches
• Translate scientific research, clinical data, and complex concepts into accessible, inspiring, and accurate copy
• Develop campaign concepts and storytelling frameworks in partnership with creative, growth, and product teams
• Craft high-performing copy for acquisition and retention, balancing creativity with clarity and conversion
• Support product launches with messaging that clearly communicates benefits, differentiation, and scientific credibility
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together
• Edit and refine copy to ensure consistency, precision, and adherence to brand and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• 4-6 years of copywriting experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, health, or science-adjacent brands
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand storytelling, concept development, and performance-driven work
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp understanding of tone and nuance
• Comfort working with scientific or technical information—and the ability to simplify without dumbing down
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $110,000

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
