ABOUT THE JOB

As Clinic Regional Manager, you will assume a leadership role overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Skin Pharm clinics within a designated region. Your primary goal is to ensure each clinic operates efficiently while providing high quality patient care and achieving business goals.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Clinic Operations, clinic Practice Managers, providers + administrative staff to maintain consistency, compliance and an exceptional patient experience.

You are a goal-oriented, motivated leader who can easily adapt to our growing company’s needs. You effectively communicate with a diverse team, are a solution-focused problem solver and are capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you are passionate about the Skin Pharm brand and the growth of the company!

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or ambulatory setting as well as a strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and collaborate with Skin Pharm teams + departments.
  • Always leads by example with compassion and integrity while nurturing Skin Pharm’s culture + vision.
  • Strategic thinking + problem solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
  • Willingness to travel between Skin Pharm clinics within the designated region.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
