As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of our So Good So You Plant Facility along with secondary office locations with: designing and implementing policies and procedures, interfacing with security and facilities teams, handling shipping and receiving of office goods, and maintaining inventory of supplies. You will also support site leaders with day-to-day operations, and support the planning of team events for all team members. General office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional needs to work outside of the designated office hours. This position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to 40 hours or more based on organizational needs.

What You'll Do
- Act as the effective company point of contact for all in-office and remote team member needs, including:
- Serve as the point person for Plant and Annex office duties including: general cleaning to maintain a tidy workspace, mailing, ordering and restocking supplies, package coordination for returns or exchanges. Supply maintenance and inventory includes but is not limited to: SGSY shots in both fridges, toilet paper (Annex only), coffee and teas, snacks, watering plants, and general office supplies
- Provide light IT support to all team members, coordination of support with MSIT (light support includes basic troubleshooting of password resets, 1Password, calendar issues, iPad check-in stations)
- Serves as a point of contact with Lloyds Security Systems and Ring systems with leadership support, as needed
- Assist with planning in-house or off-site activities, such as lunches, parties, celebrations, and conferences
- Run various errands on a weekly basis (i.e. pick up groceries, lunches, tools, UPS drop offs, samples, etc) for all locations and remote team members
- Provide support to the people and leadership team with administrative tasks including formatting and posting documents, ensuring internal postings are up-to-date and ensuring our virtual document storage is organized and easy to reference
- Responsible for checking voicemails for the main company line and forward to the appropriate team members or departments
- Manage the reception area at all office locations in regards to stocking PPE with the support of plant management
- Responsible for placing all necessary orders with supply orders in partnership with the Plant Manager and Warehouse/Maintenance/Shipping teams
- Take initiative to seek out ways to improve and become more efficient
- Understands and upholds B Corp principles which consider all stakeholder groups: community, customers, environment, governance and workers.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of office management experience
- Experience working in a high-growth manufacturing facility or founder-led organization (company of 50+ employees) is a plus
- Organized and operationally minded
- Follows through and executes consistently
- Savvy problem solver
- Must have reliable transportation during the workday
- Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs and can comfortably work in cold temperatures within our production facility
- Self-starter; comfortable making decisions and getting things done with little supervision
- Ability to build and iterate on processes where they don’t exist
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and confidently operates within high levels of ambiguity
- Highly effective, proactive, and creative written and verbal communicator
- Possesses a familiarity and comfort with technology: Mac/Apple hardware systems, Google applications and Microsoft suite; has experience or aptitude in basic technology troubleshooting
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn, embrace and master new software systems to provide support for our growing company with both in-person and remote team members
- Experience in fast-paced, ever-evolving work environments.

- Given the changing pandemic environment, you may be required to wear a mask during working hours to ensure the safety of yourself and others
