SUMMARY:
So Good So You is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing company! We are looking for someone who is detail, process, and customer service oriented. This person is flexible, has a passion for growth, and is self-reflective. This person is self motivated and enjoys learning the ins-and-outs of each account to become a subject matter expert! In this role, you will own several wholesale accounts; you will communicate and engage with these customers in meaningful ways to increase sales opportunities. You will serve as the face and voice of our company, building brand recognition by enthusiastically representing our products. As part of the Sales Team, you will work cross functionally between Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver results and exceed expectations. Come grow with us!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Account Management (60%)
- Manage high profile retailers as the Account Manager
- Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management
- Lead vendor set-up on behalf of new customers
- Coordinate new item set up and imaging process with internal and external partners
- Partner with Sales Manager on account forecasting, inventory flow, and reporting efforts
- Maintain Account Profiles and Vendor Guides
- Ensure promotions are submitted, track inventory for promotion, provide lift analysis recap after promotion
- Coordinate samples requests and delivery
- Analyze brand performance with business unit and recommend strategies to grow business
- Collaborate and relationship build with Sales Managers on needs of the business unit
- Create individual customer process for Best-in-Class service
- Partner with Sales Manager + Retail Optimization Manager to understand field merchandiser findings + feedback and recommend strategies to grow business
- Field all sales related customer service questions & needs
- Assist with ad hoc projects related to cross functional + sales team needs
- Attend monthly in-person Account Management team time at HQ
- Supply Chain (20%)
- Manage all POs from receival through to delivery
- Main point of contact for initial PO inquiries
- Step in to assist Ops in time of crisis with operational needs of accounts
- Communicate any PO issues to internal team and wholesale customers, in partnership with Lead Account & Sales Process Manager
- Manage Logistics relationships with Lead Account & Sales Process Manager
- Collaborate with Lead Account & Sales Process Manager, Production & Operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels to support business need
- Build and manage scalable processes to improve cross functional teams as it relates directly to sales needs: Marketing + Operations + Finance + Sales
- Attend bi-weekly/monthly Sales + Operations meetings
- Finance (20%)
- Main point of contact and expert on whom to utilize for chargebacks and deduction questions
- Assist finance team with initial chargeback or deduction taken
- Maintain shared documents with billing terms and portal information
- Learn GL coding for different promotional activities by account

- Experience in short shelf life, refrigerated products is a plus
- Strong computer skills – Word, Excel & PowerPoint essential. G-Suite a plus
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Communication or related field a plus
