As the People & Culture Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for daily team member support, managing the systems and logistics that keep our team running smoothly. This role is perfect for a resourceful self-starter who finds satisfaction in "fixing the small things" and ensuring our diverse workforce has the tools they need to succeed. You will report directly to the People Operations Manager.
HRIS Management
- Conduct weekly auditing by generating workflow reporting of team member information in our HRIS (Namely) and ensure that information is up to date across all benefit platforms.
- Update and manage team member personal information in the HRIS, as requested.
- Responsible for the upkeep and organization of team member electronic files (active and inactive) and ensuring the HRIS contains the most updated policies, handbooks, SOPs, and benefit guides.
- Reporting and data analytics for monthly company meetings
- Be the point of contact for any tech-related HR issues within the HRIS and benefit systems
- Manage and run reports through the HRIS and timekeeping system as requested by People, Plant or Executive Leadership.
Payroll Administration & Support
- Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day payroll-related tasks including timesheet corrections, pay types, and PTO tracking to ensure accuracy for the final payroll run.
- Employment Verification: Manage all hourly employment verification calls, letters, and third-party requests.
Team Member Lifecycle & Operations
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute the administrative logistics for new hires and departures, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our high-performance culture.
- SOP Development: Support the creation of People Operations SOPs and manage their required maintenance to ensure processes remain scalable as we grow.
- Credential Management: Act as the "Help Desk" for the People team by resetting passwords and assisting team members with system enrollments, pay stubs, or navigation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or a highly detailed administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (experience with Namely is a significant plus).
- Payroll Savvy: Direct experience with timekeeping systems, auditing timesheets, and understanding pay codes/types.
- Industry Background: Experience working with a combination exempt/non-exempt (hourly) workforce; manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Bi-lingual in Spanish is required in order to support our diverse workforce.
- Soft Skills: High level of comfort with software training, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
