We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and versatile Manager, Information Technology to join a dynamic and growing organization.

The selected candidate will play a key role in setting the technological future of the organization and is expected to contribute heavily toward defining the company's technology strategies. The candidate must have no less than 10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects, with at least five years in a management position.

You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, providing technical support to fellow employees, and evaluating technology services and products that enhance the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with hands-on experience in a variety of technologies and systems.

The position will report to the Director, Information Technology.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement technology services, service providers, and products to ensure compatibility and effectiveness.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure and systems are maintained, upgraded, and secure.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders while identifying opportunities to enhance existing and introduce new business solutions.
  • Develop and implement Information Technology policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure technical documentation is compiled and maintained.
  • Identify and document business requirements for new and existing systems.
  • Develop and implement Information Technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and quality work.
  • Oversee the company's helpdesk operations and ensure that all requests and issues are resolved in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all company data.
  • Present complex technical topics to a less knowledgeable audience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve company operations and processes.

  • Networking: Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Ubiquiti UniFi
  • Office Application Suites: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
  • Password Management: 1Password, Dashlane, LastPass
  • Personal Computing: MacOS, Windows
  • Process Mapping Tools: Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Miro
  • Project Management Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. At least five years in a management role.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote & in our New York City office, as needed).
  • Keen to work in a fast-pace, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
  • Experience completing projects on time and on or under budget.
  • Project Management certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.

The ideal candidate should also have the following:
  • Customer support experience to ensure that our users receive the best service possible.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Design thinking skills to develop innovative IT solutions that meet the business needs.
  • Root cause analysis skills to identify the underlying cause of technical issues and prevent them from reoccurring.
  • Strong listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to present complex technical topics to a less knowledgeable audience in a clear and concise manner.
  • Openness to acquiring new skills, learning new technology products and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Range

$105,000—$120,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
