You will support the Global Product Marketing team in the development of 3-5+ year consumer-centric innovation, distortion and renovation strategy pipeline.The position will report to Sr. Manager, Global Product Marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Marketing & Go To Market Frameworks

• Support Global Product Marketing team with ad hoc competitive purchasing, competitive and sample organization
• Execute data and insight research to support the creation of data-and-insight-backed Product Concept Briefs and Conceptual Sales Decks
• Develop packaging, copy and creative briefs, ensuring accuracy of information with cross functional partners and translation houses
• Managing details of Master Launch Calendar
• Stay on top of product timeline tracking from conception to Toolkit release
• Assist in the creation of final product marketing presentations that include the product features, benefits, claims, ingredients, price, sizes and packaging to support Marketing, Education, Sales, and Customer Service
• Track competitive brands and launches across various categories, create competitive analyses applicable to respective categories/launches
• Support brand's sustainability goals as it relates to product (i.e. vetting ingredients and packaging, key messaging on all marketing channels)
• Track product launches once in market for key consumer and market learnings, develop launch hindsight presentations
• Drive ongoing analysis of category and SKU productivity resulting in recommendations for SKU resupport, pivots, or discontinuation
• Review and approve artwork
• Delivering formula and packaging feedback to development teams in a timely and accurate manner
• Support updating product messaging once in market, distributing to cross-functional teams as needed
• Support internal product education sessions
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees or interns where applicable
• Manage copy translations in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional experience in beauty, global marketing preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (remote & in our New York Office, as needed).
