We are leaders, permanently inquisitive, category junkies, incredibly diverse, self-demanding, true team players, and we are all Brazilian in Spirit.Headquartered in New York and launched as a digitally native brand, we now have teams in Rio, Paris, London and Italy supporting the expansion across the globe.Reporting to the Packaging Artwork Manager within the Supply Chain team, this role will support the flow of packaging artwork ensuring on time delivery of accurate and legally compliant packaging artwork.
Responsibilities:
- Support Artwork manager with artwork routing and approve the accuracy of all artwork proofs throughout the electronic routing process ensuring all comments and corrections are captured from version to version.
- Ensure artwork layouts are approved prior to routing for approval and maintain tracking document of approvals
- Review and approve the accuracy of all final artwork prior to final release
- Coordinate with respective cross-functional teams to ensure required artwork elements are turned over on time and are consistent with the brand standards
- Prepare and provide status reports on a weekly basis for all pending and in-process artwork
- Identify and resolve all artwork issues and negotiate with appropriate departments to develop tactical plans for project completion.
- Review and assess accuracy of all artwork data and required elements for artwork creation
- Ability to move comfortably to different priorities. Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment and defining clear next steps in ambiguity
- Excellent team player with strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills
- Excellent follow up and organizational skills
- Mindfulness with an outstanding attention to detail and ability to remain focused on very meticulous tasks
- Ability to multi-task,establish priorities and yet be flexible in a dynamic environment
- Ability to use computer systems necessary to meet department objectives including Excel, Word, Smartsheet, Knowledge of PLM software a plus
- College / University degree recommended
