You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in project coordination, ensure timely trafficking of assets, and support the timely delivery of 360 GTM launch toolkits. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.This role reports to the Senior Project Manager, Global Marketing.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support the identification and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate the trafficking of marketing assets to internal regional teams and external agencies, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to support the timely delivery of 360 GTM launch toolkits.
- Ensure launch toolkits are complete, with accurate links to digital asset repositories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather asset requirements and ensure assets meet specifications.
- With creative team, ensure the integrity of asset repositories and digital libraries, ensuring proper organization, version control, and metadata tagging.
- Assist in gathering and assembling necessary materials, including product information, marketing collateral, sales resources, and training materials.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables, including thorough proofreading, adherence to brand guidelines, and consistency in messaging.
- Assist in scheduling review meetings based on project plans, ensuring key stakeholders' availability.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, send invitations, and prepare necessary materials and agendas.
- Help facilitate productive discussions and capture meeting outcomes or action items.
- Prepare visibility reports summarizing project status, key milestones, and upcoming activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of visibility reports to executives, providing them with a comprehensive overview of project progress.
- Gather relevant data and insights from operations and creative project teams to support accurate reporting and tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status updates.
- Assist in training and facilitating understanding of project management tools across the organization.
- Foster positive working relationships, facilitate communication, and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (remote & in our New York City office, when needed).
