  • Support Manager, Ecommerce Performance marketing in the execution of performance marketing activities across all paid channels to drive revenue for Sol de Janeiro.com
  • This includes execution of performance marketing campaigns in paid search, paid social, shopping, video, display, & programmatic, with a focus on driving revenue, new customer acquisition, and existing customer retention
  • Support in the management of the Sol de Janeiro.com affiliate marketing program
  • Create regular campaign reports and ad-hoc reports based on Google Analytics and ad platform data
  • Support in the reporting of paid media performance focusing on KPI metrics including revenue, conv rate, CAC, ROAS and provide strategic, actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with Manager, Performance Marketing and digital creative and copy teams for paid media asset briefing, creation, working alongside Global Product and Consumer marketing teams
  • Own organizing and trafficking all digital assets to paid and affiliate agencies
  • Conduct competitor research around performance marketing plans and creatives to stay current on industry trends and practices and make recommendations to improve the business
  • Assist in developing targeting strategies using relevant audiences to hit KPIs and optimize spend
  • Contribute to A/B and multivariate creative testing ideas/plans and measure effectiveness of campaigns
  • Participate on calls with agency partners and platform reps and own follow ups
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant internship or job experience in paid media
  • Preferred, experience at an established or high-growth DTC brand and/or agency
  • Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, Google AdWords & Microsoft Ads
  • Experience working with creative teams- drafting copy, weighing in on creative, and being accountable for the performance of the creative
  • Beauty industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Clear, proactive communicator
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workload
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (Remote & 1-2 days in our NY Office per week)
