This role will set the standard for Sol de Janeiro's business analytics. This is a great opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial mindset to lead the development of effective reporting, analysis and strategic insight gathering. This position will report to Director, Amazon E-Commerce. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct analyses of Sol's Amazon and Omni-channel business and market to identify growth opportunities

• Monitor, analyze and report on performance and trends of the Sol de Janeiro business, its competitors and the total Amazon & US beauty landscape, to identify growth opportunities
• On a periodic and ad-hoc basis, deep dive into strategic topics
• Pro-actively identify areas to research in order to uncover important insights to drive the business
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to management and across the organization

Partner with Amazon channel leader to evaluate Amazon business opportunities and investments

• Contribute to strategic and annual planning by assessing and forecasting growth areas

Develop and publish performance reporting and analysis for brand, market and competitors

• Develop reports/dashboards for stakeholders that are simple and effective across multiple facets of the business; inventory, sales and marketing.
• Monitor performance of business-driving KPIS to help assess health of business and identify opportunities and communicate trends across organization to drive forecasting, and strategic and financial planning.
• Manage systems and reporting for Amazon.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills including public speaking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through ability
• An entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn. Takes initiative, is curious, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• 3+ years in e-commerce analytics. Amazon systems and data experience is a plus!
• College graduate
