• Support Manager, Ecommerce Merchandising in the execution of strategies for navigation, on-site search, and site content
• Sequence and maintain online product assortments to support key sales and marketing trends
• Review site daily with customer-first mindset to evaluate any issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers in a timely manner
• Own day to day inventory management with Supply and Inventory teams with oversight from the Manager, E-Commerce Merchandising
• Collaborate with DTC, Global Product Marketing & Global Consumer Engagement Teams on site GTM needs
• Maintain all Product Page assets for Sol de Janeiro.com
• Implement SEO recommendations and assist Email and Paid teams with linking support
• Support day-to-day tasks required to maintain the site including promotions, site content updates, merchandising and product setup, ensuring that functionality meets/exceeds company expectations
• Understand the competitive landscape and make recommendations to improve business
• Assist E-Commerce Merchandising team with competitive analyses to stay current on industry trends

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1-2 years of job or internship experience in e-commerce; Beauty industry a plus
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and be able to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workload
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, vendors, and cross-functional partners
• Clear, proactive communicator
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (Remote + 1-3 days per week in our New York Office, or as needed)
