The position will report to the Key Account Director. This role is remote, however candidate should be based on the NYC metro area with ability to go into the office on an as-needed basis.

Overall Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for supporting the brand's wholesale activities in the Americas, including all aspects of sales operations and admin, including the following:

Key Account Meeting Support

  • Assist in retailer meeting prep including presentation materials, market samples, product samples, shipments, meeting room set-up, gratis preparation, etc.
  • Building necessary materials (i.e. presentations, reports) for meetings
  • Executing actionable meeting notes and follow-ups on next steps

No-Cost Order Management

  • Support in executing sales material and samples, including defining the needs, managing ordering, budgeting, tracking and follow-through

Key Retailer Deliverables

  • Own new product forms, sku setup data, pricing set up and changes, samples, logistic information, etc.

Data Analysis

  • Support in data collection, organization and analysis, creating and updating basic reports and drawing key learnings


  • Bachelor's degree required minimum.
  • Located in NYC Metro Area with ability to go into office as-needed.
  • 2+ years in sales analysis, account management, logistics or planning.
  • Experience working in beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skill required; experience working with partners in finance, accounting and logistics preferred.
  • Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others.

Salary Range

$65,000—$70,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
