We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Supply Chain Analytics to join our Sol de Janeiro Global Operations & Logistics team. The Manager, Supply Chain Analytics will be responsible for collaborating with various departments, leveraging data and insights that drive strategic decision-making, operational performance and enhance the overall customer experience. This role plays a critical part in shaping our business strategy and enabling best in class customer focused supply chain operations.

The position will report to the Vice President, Logistics & Operations and will be a critical leader in quickly increasing maturity in our Supply Chain Analytics / Data area.

The ideal candidate will live in the New York Metro area or have the ability to travel 10-15% during the year to visit our NY Office or NJ Based Distribution Centers.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global Operations & Logistics team to identify critical metrics for operational and customer success.
  • Identify key data sources and work with IT to build metrics into meaningful delivery vehicles (dashboard, reports etc) that enables easy understanding and the ability to tell the true story of the current operational state.
  • Ensure every level of the organization has reliable, timely and easy to understand data to proactively identify issues and the ability to respond to events.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and performance metrics to track the success of various initiatives and operations.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to optimize the supply chain, specifically fulfillment and customer operations.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and objectives.
  • Provide analytics support to various departments and assist in solving complex business challenges.

Data Management:

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy by collaborating with the Data Management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to analytics and data management.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science). Master's degree is a plus but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Supply Chain or a related functions.
  • Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Domo or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to tell a story through data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and partnership capabilities.
  • Visionary thinking, with the ability to always see the bigger picture.
  • Proficiency translating intricate details into understandable takeaways.
  • Technically astute, with a strong grounding in SQL and the conversion of insights to practical applications.
  • Must live in the New York Metro area OR have the ability to travel 10-15% during the year to visit our NY Office or NJ Distribution Centers, as needed.

Salary Range

$95,000—$100,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
