The position will report to the Director, New Launch Project Management and will be responsible for coordinating samples while creating and maintaining comprehensive reports, documentation, and dashboards.

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working a hybrid schedule, at least 1 day per week, in our NYC Office.


  • Coordinate product samples, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining records of sample requests and shipments.
  • Develop, update, and manage comprehensive reports to track and analyze various aspects of the business, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain the Master Product file, keeping it up to date with the latest information and ensuring data integrity.
  • Create, update, and manage dynamic dashboards to visualize critical metrics and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide flexible support to Project Managers, assisting with tasks as needed to facilitate smooth project execution.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in new product launches or similar initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule, at least 1 day per week, in our NYC Office.

Salary Range

$60,000—$70,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
