The position will report to the Executive Director of Sales Operations / Planning.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Demand Plan for Ulta + Global Sampling Offering
    • Create a detailed SKU level forecast to support Ulta by analyzing all relative data points to create the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, sell-thru POS data); inclusive of all saleable SKU's.
    • Make recommended adjustments to forecast based on changes in demand and market trends
    • Lead monthly Forecast channel review meetings with respective Channel lead counterparts
  • Collaborate with the Global Product Marketing team to semiannually forecast Core Sampling + GWP Offerings.
    • Coordinate new launch sampling offerings with the Commercial teams
  • Collaborate closely with the supply team to support demand needs including upcoming sampling and marketing programs. Communicate and liaise between the supply and marketing teams.
  • Support organizations business intelligence needs to support new product launch demand planning, board meeting preparation, and any ad hoc BI requests.
  • Communicate and liaise between the supply and marketing teams.
  • Partner with supply and marketing teams to evaluate feasibility of out of cycle incremental demand
  • Review retailer specific purchase order requests to approve or recommend quantities
  • Support and aid the team in tracking monthly retail sales goals
  • Prepare companywide reporting to effectively communicate out fiscal actuals and targets by category, SKU and Channel level.
  • Support organizations business intelligence needs to support new product launch demand planning, board meeting preparation, and any ad hoc BI requests.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Basic ERP tool capabilities

Salary Range

$100,000—$110,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
