We are seeking a Senior Manager in integrated marketing, someone who is not just consumer-focused but a true trendsetter in creating standout brand experiences in today's dynamic market. Your expertise lies in synthesizing insights from various departments, formulating groundbreaking 360-degree Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that not only generate buzz but also ensure global consumer relevance and engagement.

This role reports to the Director, Global Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement.

  • Play a crucial role in supporting tier 1 product launch 360 strategy, while also taking the lead on smaller-scale projects. Ensure each initiative is strategically aligned with our overarching brand goals.
  • Develop and implement distinct strategies all rolling up to the creative campaign concept for different platforms and assets, ensuring that each is uniquely positioned to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Support the release and implementation of global campaign frameworks through well-structured launch plans and toolkits.
  • Elevate storytelling across all platforms and develop fresh and engaging campaign execution opportunities to deepen consumer affinity and loyalty.
  • Oversee and manage the creative briefing and creative development process for new launches and other marketing support programs, soliciting cross-functional team feedback that optimizes creative output while delivering on overarching launch strategies and objectives.
  • Brief creative and media agencies on brand and consumer engagement tactics, media, social, and influencer needs for each campaign, reflecting needs and intake from all channels and regions.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Global Product Marketing and Creative teams, to ensure alignment and coherence in all marketing efforts.
  • Act as a bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively localized and resonate with specific market needs.
  • Support seasonal product storytelling and marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly assess global trends and competitive activities, integrating these insights into marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and partnerships as needed.
  • Create proposals and recaps for activations.
  • Support the management of the Global Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement budget.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing GTM strategies, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (1-3 days per week in our NYC Office & Remote)

Salary Range

$120,000—$130,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
