The position reports to the Director, Global Regulatory Affairs.
Responsibilities:
$100,000—$110,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

The position reports to the Director, Global Regulatory Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory guidance to cross functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners on global timelines associated with new product launches and new market expansion.
- Act as the regulatory lead on internal and external projects to optimize key end-to-end processes such as raw material management, chemical reporting, ingredient transparency and product certifications.
- Work closely with third-party contract manufacturers to ensure the accuracy of raw material data, product labels and supporting documentation supplied for formulations.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance supply chain agility, onboard new contract manufacturing sites, qualify new raw materials and implement quality processes and systems.
- Develop and implement compliant processes to support global regulatory submissions, label, claims reformulations, technical transfers, chemical reporting, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the global regulatory environment, manage emerging issues, interpret changes, analyze gaps, conduct impact assessments, and communicate associated risks to stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned, according to the changing needs of the business.
- 5+ years of experience in global regulatory affairs in the cosmetics industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- History of executing cosmetic and OTC regulatory requirements in global markets.
- Proven leadership skills and commitment to personal development.
- Ability to balance regulatory requirements with support for the organization's growth agenda.
- Strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, diligence, and work ethic.
- Demonstrated organizational agility - effective in working both independently and as part of a team with diverse groups of people at various levels within the organization.
- Experience navigating global cosmetic regulations, including OTC monograph and topical drug product regulations, preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver results on time and with excellence.
$100,000—$110,000 USD
