This position is open to candidates located in the Boston Metropolitan & Greater Boston area and reports to the Account Executive, Boston/Northeast.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Drive and exceed sales goals through in-store visits, event support, and relationship building
• Maintain excellent & accurate product/brand knowledge
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills during client and store team interactions
• Provide detailed recaps of daily sales, in-store opportunities/celebrations, and notable occurrences
• Communicate effectively & regularly with Account Executive regarding in-store happenings & job-related responsibilities

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of proven beauty industry experience
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Availability to work part-time and on-site in Boston/Greater Boston
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Passion for the beauty industry and self-celebration
• Bonus: 1+ years of prior Sephora experience

Hourly Range

$27-$30 USD
