Sol de Janeiro is looking for beauty lovers to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program. Our goal is to provide an enriching and rewarding learning experience that will allow you to gain valuable opportunities to learn and grow, collaborate with your colleagues, and gain valuable hands on experience at our rapidly growing brand!
The Stylist Intern will assist the Global Brand Stylist in the development and execution of all internal photoshoots and campaign production. The intern will report to the Global Brand Stylist. This internship is based in our New York City Headquarters. The program dates are June 4th to August 20th (12 weeks). The pay rate for this position is $16/hour and the intern will be provided a housing stipend.

The Stylist Intern will work on the following:
- Assist the Brand Stylist in styling on figure in house studio shoots and help prepare for location shoots
- Maintain and organize wardrobe closet as well as catalogue incoming apparel
- Prepare and organize wardrobe for photoshoots including postproduction and returns
- Assist in the creation of wardrobe decks for photoshoots and internal assets
- Under the guidance of the Brand stylist you will shop for legacy wardrobe that are in alliance with styling guidelines
- Organize messenger pickups and deliveries
- Help to organize shipments for international shoots with our Rio Hub team
Sol de Janeiro's Internship Program seeks to provide:

Sol de Janeiro's Internship Program requirements:
- You are a student at an accredited University or College
- You are local to the NYC area during the 12-week internship program
- You have interest in the business areas listed above with some relevant coursework, student clubs, and/or internship experience
- Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- You work well as part of a team and independently
