As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a Coordinator, Marketing - International to support the business. This role will report to Marketing Manager, International. Cross functional collaboration and partnership are essential in this role. This position is a permanent contract and is based in Paris.

Overall Responsibilities:

Assist Marketing Manager, International in Product & Trade Marketing Planning

• Monthly sales analysis by market and product category (sell in/sell out)
• Competition and trends analysis (social trends, price, claims…) to fuel Global/International marketing strategies
• Analyse customer data from retailers to inform marketing decisions
• Provide products' data and insights to support Visual Merchandising decision
• Work on pricing analysis
• Work on trade marketing offer with GWP & commercial activation catalogue and work with local vendor to produce marketing tools
  
  

Assist Marketing Manager, International in Integrated Marketing Strategy Development

• Support the regions (UK, APAC, EMEA) in their construction of local marketing plan and initiatives through operational monitoring of market requests (daily requests such as samples, communication tools, visuals, product requests), and contribute to the management of needs (presentations, conceptual sales, toolkits, tools, catalogs, information ...).
• Build operational discipline within team to execute the marketing calendar on time and with excellence.
• Help on preparing key retailers meetings
• Daily support the regions (pure players campaign requests, retailer creative briefs)
  
  

Assist Marketing Manager, International in Media Strategies Support

• Review Global media toolkit to feedback Global and guide regions
• Gather retailers' asset needs across channels to support omnichannel strategies
• Work closely with regions to follow up on media campaign (planning, reporting, best practices sharing)
• Work with the regions to analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform media planning decisions.
  
  

Assist Marketing Manager, International in Reporting

• Prepare regular reports (post launch / campaign performances) and presentations with the regions for internal stakeholders to communicate marketing performance and ROI
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in Marketing preferably in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods.
• Rigor, autonomy, organization, adaptability, and proactivity are essentials for the job.
• Excellent written and spoken ppt skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, consumer insights and data with high attention to detail
• Creative and enjoys working in fast-paced environment
• Business School or University Master's Graduate, with a major in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• Knowledge and affinity with digital marketing, and business. Interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
  
  

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
