The Marketing Coordinator will report into the Trade Marketing Manager with dotted line to Senior Brand Manager. Their role will be to support all of the Marketing team, with bigger focus on the Trade Marketing calendar execution.

Responsibilities:
- Support Trade Marketing Manager in weekly marketing meeting with Top Retailers
- Assist in the development and implementation of trade marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Work with asset management and adaptation for all retailers’ touchpoints, keeping brand expression consistent and guarding brand DNA.
- Maintain sampling & GWP strategies and tracking to support Trade Marketing Manager
- Support Marketing team with brand and retailer event coordination, pop-ups and consumer led activations
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager with retailer briefing and asset management
- Support Senior Brand Manager with media asset briefing and asset strategy across brand and retailer channels
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing campaigns and new product launches, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Support Trade Marketing Manager updating Trade Marketing calendar regularly
- Management in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team including product send outs, free of charge orders, competitor analysis, store visits, competitor visits, and meetings preparation
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within the marketing industry
- Experience within the beauty industry would be preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail and high standard of executions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker and curious to test and learn ideas
- Must be available to work 2-3 days in the London office
