What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the Senior Creative Manager, International Brand 360 in the regional design adaptations and execution of print, digital and video assets for various Sol de Janeiro and retailer channels across International markets. You will be responsible for design development, adaptation and execution of evergreen brand assets and 360 go-to-market campaign deliverables within a given deadline and ensuring global guidelines and toolkits are always respected. This role will collaborate closely with the International regional teams and the global creative team based in New York.
This individual must be a strong self-starter with a multi-disciplinary portfolio demonstrating experience in adapting and executing campaign assets across 360 touchpoints. This person is eager to contribute to big-picture thinking but is currently an executional master who finds satisfaction in executing work to the highest caliber.

What You'll be Working On
- Successfully adapt global campaign and evergreen assets to produce regional-specific print and digital output to meet International business objectives and creative needs.
- Execute and deliver 360 digital assets (animated/video and static) for e-commerce websites, social media content, paid media, CRM email templates, etc
- Ensure assets satisfy marketing objectives, highlight product efficacy, brand-DNA, and storytelling.
- Work on editing and adapting global digital and video assets to deliver co-media campaigns with key retailers and national media campaigns.
- Produce digital sketches, mocks and comps, as required for all regionally led creative.
- Collaborate with International creative team and cross-functional partners within regional commercial and marketing teams.
- Intake feedback from creative and regional partners and execute with best-in-class creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Partner with project management teams to ensure work is delivered according to market needs.
- Organize designs clearly and efficiently for routing and presentation purposes for both internal and external partners.
Must Haves
- BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design or similar.
- 3-4 years of experience working in relevant fields, beauty experience is a plus.
- Creative skills: Creative vision, sense of aesthetics, sensitivity to brand image, trends, and the beauty industry.
- Software requirements: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge and strong foundation of animation and video editing is a must.
- Deep knowledge of the digital world – experience in e-comm, paid media, and social media.
- Master graphic technician: knowledge and solid understanding of typography, color, resolution, size accuracy, and print & digital production techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely – the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback that is necessary to improve creativity.
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to be flexible, adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starter work ethic with the ability to operate independently within a small team.
- Must be highly collaborative with the ability to understand the objectives of all cross-functional partners and work toward solutions that meet that need and uphold the creative integrity of the brand.
