What You’ll Do
The INTL Product & Trade Marketing Manager will work closely with the regional teams across EMEA, TR & UKI, as well as with the global product management team.
This role provides strong exposure to business-driven marketing, with a focus on sell-in and sell-out performance by product category, assortment and marketing calendar management, and launch performance tracking. It also includes competitive and pricing analysis, as well as the translation of market and consumer insights into actionable recommendations to support both global strategy and regional execution.
This is a fixed-term contract (5 months) to cover a maternity leave, starting mid-April until mid-September 2026.
What You’ll Be Working On
PRODUCT & TRADE MARKETING MISSIONS
- MARKET ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS:
- Conduct monthly sales analysis by market and product category (sellin/ sell-out).
- Monitor competition, consumer insight, pricing and trends to inform global and international marketing strategies.
- Translate market research into actionable insights and strategies.
- Create and share regional insights and data with global teams.
- STRATEGIC MARKETING:
- Understand and advocate for regional consumer segments, ensuring consumer insights are central to all strategies.
- Collaborate with Global Product Marketing to ensure regional alignment with global strategies and ensure clear product positioning and compelling USP/ Claims across all touchpoints.
- Serve as the regional voice, managing relationships between Global Product Marketing and local teams.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to optimize future campaigns.
- Prepare and present Business Review, including developing charts for PowerPoint.
- TRADE MARKETING AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee trade marketing offers, including GWP and commercial activation catalogues, coordinating with local vendors to produce marketing tools.
- Lead annual planning processes, including the bi-annual assortment process, ensuring alignment in product assortments and regional strategies.
- Manage long term regional marketing calendars and analyze the viability of innovations and initiatives.
- Maintain a long-term regional calendar, including ongoing analysis of innovation viability and regional needs.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising on planogram and consumer facing copy.
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND SUPPORT:
- Ensure flawless execution of the marketing calendar by building operational discipline within the team.
- Assist in preparing for key retailer meetings.
- Provide data and insights to support Visual Merchandising decisions.
- DATA & ANALYTICS LEADERSHIP:
- Lead as the data and analytics expert, with the ability to quickly pull, analyze, and summarize data on the market, competitors, and retailers.
- Develop simple, effective reports/dashboards across multiple facets of the business to track progress against plans.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods
- Noticeable experience in marketing (product or/and trade)
- Rigor, autonomy, organization, adaptability, and proactivity are essentials for the job.
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of rigor, autonomy, adaptability, and proactivity.
- Strong interest in beauty categories and market trends, with the ability to identify white space, growth opportunities and translate them into relevant go-to-market and engagement strategies.
- Solid understanding of how marketing and consumer engagement initiatives drive business performance (sell-in, sell-out, acquisition, conversion, and retail growth)
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
