Our Future SolStars Program is a paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience, real business exposure, and meaningful connections across our global teams.
PROGRAM DETAILS
· Duration: June 3, 2026 – August 12, 2026
· Schedule: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)
· Location: NYC Headquarters (hybrid)
· Compensation:
- Undergraduate: $17/hour
- Graduate: $20/hour
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN & CONTRIBUTE
· Gain end-to-end exposure to the packaging development process, from concept through commercialization, including artwork development, vendor coordination, and production readiness
· Develop a strong understanding of packaging specifications, material selection, testing requirements, and global regulatory considerations
· Learn how packaging decisions impact cost, logistics, sustainability, and supply chain efficiency across contract manufacturers, kitting partners, and distribution networks
· Build cross-functional collaboration skills by working closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and external vendors
· Contribute meaningful support to ongoing packaging initiatives, including cost optimization, data management, sampling programs, and sustainability exploration
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
· Support continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives, including shipper optimization, pallet pattern analysis, and identification of efficiencies across manufacturing and distribution partners
· Own and manage packaging-related aspects of sampling programs, including vendor coordination, dieline handoff, material approvals, and artwork execution
· Organize and maintain packaging specifications and documentation within SharePoint and support integration into Specright, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
· Partner with vendors and internal teams to collect and report packaging data (dimensions, weights, pallet configurations) to support Master Data and operational readiness
· Support packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives by researching new materials, formats, and vendor capabilities
Must Haves
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
· Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
· Strong interest in beauty, consumer brands, or related field
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
