What You’ll Do

The Assistant Manager, Integrated Brand Media supports the planning, coordination, and operational management of Sol de Janeiro’s integrated media ecosystem.

This role works closely with the Manager, Integrated Brand Media + Talent, global agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure media plans, campaign assets, timelines, talent deliverables, and reporting are executed efficiently and effectively.

The Assistant Manager plays an important role in translating integrated campaign strategies into marketplace execution, helping ensure teams and agency partners are aligned, assets are ready, milestones are met, and media investments are supported by strong organization, communication, and measurement.

What You’ll Be Working On

Support Integrated Media Planning & Execution

  • Support integrated media planning and execution across key brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain media planning calendars, activation schedules, and key campaign milestones.
  • Support launch planning and go-to-market processes across global and regional teams.
  • Help ensure media plans and activations align with broader campaign objectives and business priorities.
  • Maintain visibility into campaign status, dependencies, and upcoming deliverables.

Manage Creative Brief Operations

  • Support the development, coordination, and distribution of media and creative briefs.
  • Gather and organize inputs from Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Communications, Influencer Relations, Creative, Social, PR, and regional markets.
  • Help ensure agencies and internal stakeholders have clear, complete, and timely requirements.
  • Track feedback, approvals, and deliverables throughout the briefing and development process.
  • Help maintain consistency and alignment from initial brief through execution.

Drive Asset Readiness & Coordination

  • Coordinate asset delivery timelines across channels, campaigns, and markets.
  • Track creative development and asset availability to support campaign readiness.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Production teams to identify dependencies and keep deliverables on track.
  • Help ensure regional markets receive the assets and information needed to successfully execute local plans.
  • Identify potential asset or timeline risks and escalate them early to minimize impact on launches.

Support Global Talent & Campaign Talent Management

  • Support campaign talent initiatives from planning through execution and wrap-up.
  • Assist with contracts, deliverables, timelines, and communications with agencies, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track talent-related campaign requirements and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Support campaign metric analysis and performance assessment.
  • Assist with campaign recaps, wrap reports, and key learnings.

Drive Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner across multiple functions to maintain visibility into campaign progress and priorities.
  • Facilitate clear communication between teams and agency partners.
  • Support integrated launch planning meetings and follow up on key actions and decisions.
  • Help identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact campaign execution.
  • Build strong working relationships across global and regional teams.

Support Agency Management

  • Maintain regular communication with media agencies and external partners.
  • Track agency deliverables, budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Support agency performance reviews and business reviews.
  • Help ensure information flows efficiently between internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain strong documentation and organization across agency workstreams.

Support Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Support campaign reporting, performance dashboards, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Track key media and campaign performance metrics.
  • Compile campaign learnings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Partner with the Manager and agency teams to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Help translate campaign performance into clear, actionable takeaways for internal stakeholders.

Must Haves

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in media, marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, talent, influencer marketing, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns, launches, or cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience working with media, creative, talent, or other external agency partners preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Experience supporting campaign reporting, performance analysis, or marketing dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks, and help drive work forward.
  • Passion for beauty, culture, media, talent, and consumer brands is a plus.

$80,000—$90,000 USD
