JOB TITLE: Fulfillment Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Customer Fulfillment

DEPARTMENT: Operations

OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of the end-to-end retail and marketing customers, including multiple critical distribution functions, order processing, tracking, systems knowledge, and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and monitor all aspects of daily marketing sample orders. Including but not limited to, order processing, routing, tracking updates.
  • Maintaining active SKU list for Marketing team sample orders.
  • Distribute bi-monthly out-of-stock, low stock reports to specific internal teams for sampling.
  • Assist with Retailer Compliance resolutions.
  • Distribute daily/weekly packing lists to specified retail accounts.
  • Maintain retailer bills of lading for audit purposes.
  • Daily order status updating for open retail sales orders.
  • Assist in processing monthly specialty program orders.
  • Work with 3PL for customs resolutions and clearance.
  • Assist with execution of specific EDI transmissions from / to our retail partners especially during heavy order periods.
  • Verification/Monitoring EDI inbox processing.
  • Weekly reporting of Sephora CA deliverables.
  • Other assignments/tasks as assigned and necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in operations, and distribution, preferably in the CPG/beauty.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business or similar field required.
  • SAP B-1 and EDI experience required.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of contract manufacturing, 3PL distribution, finished goods assembly, and order entry/execution.
  • Solid knowledge of overall computer systems background including SAP B-1, MS suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Preferably Los Angeles, CA based.
