JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Human Resources

DEPARTMENT: Executive/G+A

OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a strategic partner who works closely with HR and other SF business leaders to enhance our TA strategy and practices. This role will also manage full-cycle recruiting for all open SF positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all SF departments
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, selection criteria, interview questions, and hiring process
  • Manage job postings
  • Source and screen quality candidates to build the talent pipeline
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling throughout the interview process
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Support candidate evaluation
  • Create job offer letters
  • Conduct all reference and background check
  • Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding for all candidate
  • Build a strong talent pool leveraging multiple sourcing strategies i.e. online sourcing, networking/job fair participation, etc.
  • Develop and improve talent acquisition processes and procedures to increase department effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director, HR, and other business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop sound strategies around talent acquisition
  • Maintain records/files for all recruitment-related activities including applicant tracking, interview notes, and other related paperwork
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing to develop SF’s employer brand strategy, including leveraging LinkedIn to promote and enhance awareness of our employer brand
  • Leverage data and metrics to identify trends and areas of opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience required
  • Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week
