Position Summary

The Stock Recovery & Ops Support role will be responsible for contributing to the execution of a successfully maintained retail experience in keeping with Westman Atelier brand standards. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the pristine appearance and hygienic standards of the counter, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment. Strong candidates will be meticulous and dedicated to maintaining cleanliness as they act to enhance the brand’s reputation. Shifts will be 4-5 hours, scheduled between 6a-11a or 7a-12p.

Responsibilities:

  • Own cleanliness and sanitation of store merchandising units and product testers, utilizing cleaning supplies provided by the brand
  • Regularly dust, organize, and restock displayed products, maintaining an enticing and neat counter appearance
  • Monitor and manage the condition of product testers and samples, ensuring they are clean, fully stocked, and readily accessible to customers
  • Maintain a professional and approachable environment when interacting with customers who approach the counter
  • Provide assistance and information regarding products when needed, contributing to a positive shopping experience
  • Communicate any maintenance or product-related issues to the appropriate personnel promptly
  • Exercise precision in sorting and organizing brand-related supplies and products within the store environment
  • Efficiently restock both sellable products and non-sellable testers, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Reconcile inventory reports to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate effective communication by providing comprehensive daily recaps of store visits to your manager. This includes sharing before and after photos

Requirements:

  • A passion for maintaining the visual aesthetics and product presentation standards of the brand
  • Physical stamina and capability to perform tasks that involve cleaning and stocking inventory
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage supplies and products within the store environment
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operational coordination
  • Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
